In 2023, applicants were tasked with creating a Swift Playgrounds app project on the topic of your choice to showcase their passion for coding. Here’s how Patcharada describes her winning submission.
Many kids don't brush their teeth properly, so I want to create an app to help them. With “TeethStory”, children get to help mysterious famous historical figures who suffered from dental problems by brushing their teeth twice a day. By turning dental hygiene into an exciting game with 5 features including Teeth Model, Song, Progress Bar, Story, and Day n’ Night Levels. After I tested the TeethStory app with 76 kids aged 8-12, 73.8% of the subjects can brush their teeth longer.
