Heart disease is prevalent in many countries, affecting thousands of families. CardioCare is an app which allows user to monitor and prioritise their heart health. Users are able to input their daily blood pressure and heart rate as well as gaining new knowledge about cardiovascular wellness from the heart, blood and the preventions and treatments available!
