Memory Bridge is a multilingual iOS application that helps Alzheimer's patients with everyday activities, face recognition, music therapy, routines, and motivational advice. Developed with Swift and CoreML, it features voice notes, to-do tracking, appointment reminders, and AR sticky notes (future). The application connects loved ones with memory cues to minimize confusion and promote connection, seeking to enhance independence, confidence, and quality of life through compassionate technology
