I'm passionate about programming in Swift and Java, particularly focused on UIKit, SwiftUI, SpriteKit and Spring Boot frameworks. I like playing and developing games during my free time, as well as reading manga and books and playing the guitar.

In 2024, applicants were tasked with creating an interactive app playground on the topic of their choice to showcase their passion for coding. New for 2024, 50 Distinguished Winners were recognized for their outstanding submissions and invited to Apple in Cupertino. Here’s how Pedro describes his winning submission.
My game, titled EcoSort, aims to raise awareness about recycling collection on beaches. The inspiration came from my grandmother, who has been a collector of recyclable materials throughout her life, but due to her age, she faces difficulties in continuing this beneficial work for society. This led me to research areas greatly affected by waste collection problems, and I ended up discovering our beaches! The objective of the game is to collect all the recyclable items and save the beach!
